If you have to generate some changes on your paper dimensions, it might be time for you to get custom paper sizes. To create and save custom sizes such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, follow the procedures at the following two paragraphs. To change the size of a Word file, first locate it and start it. From the Print Document pane, double-click on the Document tab, then click the arrow button next to the scale choice to change the units of measure in the Units section of the scale magician.

To make and preserve custom paper sizes for Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, follow the procedures in the next two paragraphs. To alter custom height according to the setting of the monitor, on the Home page, then deselect all of the images and click on the Customize button.

In Microsoft Word, select custom wallpaper size and then enter a positive number for the inches you want the font to be. In Microsoft Excel, on the menu toolbar, then choose Page Layout and then select custom column widths, according to the setting of your monitor’s size. In Adobe InDesign, select custom axis size at the Data pane, then choose a positive number for the inches you want the font for use.

To alter the font and other features of your layout, go to the Customization Options page, and on the Personalize page, then click the little arrow near the word Font. Next, type a name for the custom font you want to use in the Character Options dialogue box, and then click on ok. It’s possible to alter the other characteristics of your design, and they’ll be updated in the Style Guide. To alter the settings of your layout, go to the Layout alternatives, and also on the Personalize page, click Properties. Look for the customized setting, and change its own worth into the custom ones, as shown in the next illustration.
