Sujay Kantawala is an Advocate regularly appearing in the High Courts of Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Allahabad, Bangalore, etc as well as the Supreme Court of India. He specializes in Constitutional and Administrative Law issues pertaining to Indirect Taxation, Customs, Excise, Service Tax and Anti-Dumping Duty. He also appears in high profile PMLA matters. He has to his credit, more than 300 reported judgments, published in various Law journals such as SCC, AIR, ELT, etc. Tax India Online is also regularly reporting his cases. He is also on the panel of Service Tax Online. In addition to his interest in law and legal issues, he is also an avid follower of current events, both domestic and international.
